Admission Procedure

Necessary Documents Required for the Admission to B.A. & B.Com Course

  1. Transfer  Certificate and its three attested xerox  copies
  2.  Marks Memo of 12th or equivalent examination and its three attested xerox copies.
  3.  Caste Certificate ( for Backward Class Students) and its three attested xerox copies.
  4. Migration Certificate for the students who come out ofMaharashtraState.
  5. Scholarship Sanction Number ( Economical Backward Class )

Rules Regarding the Process of Admission to B.A. & B.Com Course  

  1. It is compulsory for the students to be present for Monthly and Semester examination.
  2. The admission will be cancelled if the student remains absent continuously for 07 days.
  3. The student cannot appear for University / Board examination if he/she fails to complete 75% attendance.
  4. Only those students will be eligible for admission who register their names within the given time limit.
  5. As per Govt. rule 52% seats will be reserved for S.C. category and 30% seats will be reserved for ladies from reserved and open category.
  6. If some seats remain vacant after giving admission for H.S.C. passed eligible students /applicants who passed from SRTMU Nanded domain, the preference to fill up those vacant seats will be given as below.

a ) Students under B .A .M. University Aurangabad domain.

b) Students of other universities in the state

c) Students out of state

7.  At degree level, out of total admission capacity, 85% seats will be filled as per merit, 05%      quota will be reserved for the President of the institution, 05% quota for the Principal  and 05% quota for sports and special merit in cultural field.

8.  Apart from total admission capacity, 02% of increased seats will be reserved for disabled students and the ward of Freedom Fighter, Soldiers, Project Affected etc.

9. After the completion  of admission process, the principal should submit

subject-wise and curriculum-wise list of the admitted students to the University Office for further information.

10.To execute flawless admission process as indicated above and to give proper

representation to all streams, the principal should appoint an admission committee  functioning under his chairmanship and the committee should carefully follow the guidelines for admission laid down by the University.

 Important Instructions

  1. Due to limited seats, subject-wise admission will be given as per the merit of the students.
  2. Admission will not be given against Duplicate Transfer Certificate.
  3. Documents once submitted in the office will not be given back.
  4. The fees once remitted will not be given back.
